GOOD NEWS
Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases in our county, Denton Animal Hospital will return to “Curbside Care” for all services and appointments starting Monday, December 14th. Please remember to park in designated number spaces, remain in your vehicle and call 336-859-2828 when you have arrived. The health department has set up daily updates of data. Our county is the red zone. We will stay curbside until we are out of the red, possible orange zone. https://files.nc.gov/.../COVID-19-County-Alert-System...
We here, at Denton Animal Hospital, want to reach out and thank you for your patience as we are still navigating the difficult times caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. We realize that it is harder to get
through on our phone lines and the wait times that you are accustomed to are significantly longer
and for that, we apologize.
Our hospital is still doing “curbside care” for our patients and utilizing phone and digital technology
to stay connected regarding the care of your pets. Only hospital personnel: including
veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and other staff, will be allowed inside our hospital.
Exceptions will be made for difficult end of life decisions.
Please know that we are doing our very best to take care of every patient in a timely manner while
keeping you and our staff safe. This has been a learning curve for all of us, but we are making daily
changes for better flow and communication. Your concerns are very important to us, so please make sure that you write them down so that they can be addressed during your appointment.
We truly miss seeing all of you in the office with your pets and look forward to the day when we can return to “normal”. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and flexibility as we all navigate the unprecedented circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.
